Payment Terms & Methods

We require credit card payments for all new customers. Net 30 day terms are available following the completion of a satisfactory credit check. Payment via credit card must be received in advance of shipment.

Shipping Policies

All orders ship F.O.B. St. Louis, MO. Most orders will ship UPS Ground however larger items and larger orders may ship LTL (common carrier) as necessary. We are happy to ship your order using your preferred carrier and billing your freight account. We may also select a freight carrier of our choice if you elect to have freight added to your invoice.


If you would like to return your Anji Mountain product due to buyer’s remorse or manufacturer defect you can do so within 30 days from the date you received it. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@anjimountain.com to begin the return process.

The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of product that is not in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our distribution center and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be given to you and it must be written on the outside packaging of the item so that we can identify your return.

If you believe that your product has a manufacturer defect we request that you explain the issue to us and encourage you to email us photographs to help us evaluate the issue. Anji Mountain has the exclusive authority in its sole discretion to determine whether a product is defective. If a product is determined to be defective we will, at our option, (1) replace the product at no charge or (2) issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product (shipping and handling not included).

Please understand that natural fiber rugs and chair mats will exhibit normal irregularities that are an inherent quality and part of the character of the rug. Each rug and chair mat is unique and variations in weave and shading are normal and to be expected. In fact, these unique characteristics should be celebrated.
