If you would like to return your Anji Mountain product purchased directly via this website due to buyer’s remorse or manufacturer defect you can do so within 30 days from the date you received it. Please contact customer service at customerservice at anjimountain.com to begin the return process.
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of product that is not in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our distribution center and a 5% restocking fee will be applied. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be given to you and it must be written on the outside packaging of the item so that we can identify your return.
If you believe that your product has a manufacturer defect we request that you explain the issue to us and encourage you to email us photographs to help us evaluate the issue. Anji Mountain has the exclusive authority in its sole discretion to determine whether a product is defective. If a product is determined to be defective we will, at our option, (1) replace the product at no charge or (2) issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product (shipping and handling not included).
Please understand that natural fiber rugs and chairmats will exhibit irregularities that are an inherent quality and part of the character of the item. Each rug and chairmat is unique and variations in weave and coloration are normal.
